Analisis normatif implementasi prinsip hukum progresif dalam praktik pembimbing kemasyarakatan: evaluasi restorative justice pada sistem peradilan pidana anak

Abstract

Bahan hukum meliputi UU No. 11 Tahun 2012 tentang SPPA, UU No. 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pemasyarakatan, PERMA No. 4 Tahun 2014, serta Convention on the Rights of the Child, Beijing Rules, Tokyo Rules, dan General Comment No. 24.
